It could prevent the baby fish from the adult fish's attack and improve the survival rate of the baby fish. It's the perfect isolator for aggressive fish, injured fish, small fish, shrimp, clownfish, and other marine fishes.

Note: To have it float, make sure size of your aquarium is larger than 9.5 gal for the small size breeder box and 14 gal for the large one. No limitation if you use suction cups. If you have no idea if 2mm gap is too large for your baby fish, you are welcome to contact the seller.
