Step 1: Use markers to mark the start of hole.Angle drill 45°to start hole at low speeds and get a arescent mark.

Step2 : Angle drill to vertical position before the hole has started.

Step3 : Reduce pressure and slow speed down for exit hole and drill from the other side to prevent break. 

Caution:Keep wet with WATER or COOLANT at work.
